Beginners - Intermediate- Expert


**The program is broken down to both gender (male/female). It provides you with multiple option of workout split such as a 3-day split, 4-day split, 5-days split and 6-day split. **The 3-day or 4-day split would be targeted for those who are beginning to establish their fitness journey. Days 5 and 6 split are developed for those who have been training regularly in the past.

What you Need!


For the workouts you would need yourself a well-equipped gym! The following will be used for your workouts: barbell, kettle bar, dumbbells, resistance bands, smith machine and cables.
